Welcome to Mayfield Homecare Services

The management of Mayfield pride ourselves on offering a highly professional Domiciliary Care Service, with a personal touch.

We provide personal care to service users in their own homes who require such support in order to remain independent.

The aim of Mayfield is to sustain the quality of the services provided to designated service users, while meeting the challenge of the new regulatory requirements on the services provided. Mayfield has achieved a good rating from the Care Quality Commission for the standard of care given.

PRIVACY: The right of a Service User to be left alone and undisturbed whenever they wish.

DIGNITY: The understanding of a Service Users needs and treating them with respect.

INDEPENDENCE: Allowing a Service User to take calculated risks, to make their own decisions and think and act for themselves.

CHOICE: Giving a Service User the opportunity to select for themselves from a range of alternative options.

RIGHTS: Keeping all basic human rights available to the Service Users.

FULFILMENT: Enabling the Service User to realise their own aims and helping them to achieve these goals in all aspects of daily living.

Dear Mayfield carers, I am writing this on behalf of my brothers and I. We would like to say a big heartfelt thank you to all the carers who helped look after our Dad for the last 8 months, coming in morning, noon and night. You are all so kind and considerate. I can picture many of you in my minds eye, but can't remember all your names!
